We ship your artwork after you’ve approved the online proof, and you are welcome to request slight modifications as agreed upon between you and me. We will do our best to deliver the outcome as close to the original, or as close as possible to your vision.
We use top quality materials. We use high quality paper, graphite pencils, charcoal, pastels, and other materials. Pencil and charcoal works are sealed with a fixative to prevent smudging. We want you to invest your memory in something that will be passed from generation to generation.
As stated above, we will honor modification requests within reason, and we will request your approval once revisions have been made. Once you approve, we will ship your order out.
